The Chetopa is a beautiful four-story building that was built in the early 1900’s. The fabulous location of the Chetopa places it right between the artistic Pearl District and the upscale Nob Hill Neighborhood. We are also close to Providence Park stadium, bus lines, 21st and 23rd Avenues, and the Max Line. 

These apartments were originally used as large one-bedroom apartments, with living room and separate formal dining rooms. You might choose to use it in that way, but we now market these as two bedroom apartments, which is how most of our residents use them. The original dining room is separated from the living room by large double pocket doors, which can be left closed to create a wall for a second bedroom. Or, perhaps you prefer to have one bedroom and an office or creative space. The layout is so versatile - it's up to you! 

Our residents enjoy shaded common area balconies, a front entry with an intercom, on-site laundry room. For your convenience water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.

Cats are allowed at this building (no more than two and they must be fixed). No pet deposit and no pet rent!
