Parking near the building is easy to find, and Tri-Met buses stop within a few blocks.

Apartments feature some, or all, of the following: hardwood floors, cast-iron tubs, spacious closets, arched doorways, high ceilings, original cabinetry, spacious kitchens, and large windows.

For the enjoyment of our residents, this is a smoke-free property. We allow altered cats, but no dogs. There is laundry on site. Water, sewer, and garbage are all paid by management.
