The Lownsdale is a three-story apartment building located in the Goose Hollow district of SW Portland. Conveniently located, the Lownsdale provides quick access to Providence Park Stadium, mass transit, PSU, The Pearl, Alphabet District, and Downtown.

Important note: this building is located in the stadium parking district. Street parking is metered, and resident permits are not available at this location.

For your convenience water, hot water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. There is also free basic WiFi at this property, courtesy of FastMesh, a local internet provider. On-site laundry is available 24 hours a day.

The Lownsdale is a 100% Smoke-Free Property; no smoking or vaping in, or within 25 feet of the property.

Cats are allowed at this building (no more than two and they must be fixed). No pet rent! No pet deposit!
