The Converse Court is a classic five-story former boarding house built in the early 1900’s. Our fabulous location places us right between the artistic Pearl District and the upscale Nob Hill Neighborhood. We are also close to Providence Park stadium, bus lines, 21st and 23rd Avenue district, and the Max Line. 

The Converse Court features studios, double studios, and one-bedroom apartments. Our residents enjoy easy access to mass transit, a front entry with an intercom, the convenience of an on-site laundry room, and bike storage. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent!

Cats are allowed at this building (no more than two and they must be fixed). No pet deposit and no pet rent!
